Sleeve-type sonic logging pipe is a relatively traditional sonic logging pipe product. Although this type of sonic logging pipe needs welding for installation, it is deeply loved by some customers due to its extremely strong tensile strength and high sealing performance.

Installation and use of sleeve-type sonic logging pipe:

1. Weld the bottom pipe as required, then insert the middle pipe into the bottom pipe port, then weld and seal the joint part, and then tie the connected pipe to the steel cage with wire. For parts without steel cages, the sonic logging pipe can be fixed with steel support or reinforced with three main steel bars.

2. When installing, do not fix it too tightly with the steel cage. It is better to loosen it up and down and left and right to adjust the distance and angle, so as to facilitate the connection of the sleeve-type sonic logging pipe with the sleeve-type sonic logging pipe in other steel cages when the steel cage is installed.

3. After the sleeve-type sonic logging pipes between the steel cages are connected, use wire to fix the unfastened sonic logging pipes in the steel cages during the steel cage installation process. After the steel cages are piled, fill the sleeve-type sonic logging pipes with water and cover them with rubber sealing covers (or wooden plugs).

All sonic logging pipes, accessories, wooden plugs, etc. are all prepared for you when they leave the factory, and you can install and use them directly at the construction site.
