The spiral sonic logging pipe is the mainstream pile foundation sonic logging pipe product. This product has the characteristics of high pipe strength and good pull-out resistance at the joint. Most of the key projects such as bridges, railways, subway docks, etc. are designed and use this type of sonic logging pipe.

Installation and use of spiral sonic logging pipe:

1. Put the bottom pipe (bottom pipe with plug) on the ground, then insert the middle pipe port into the bottom pipe joint, and then tighten the spiral. After connecting, put the sonic logging pipe into the steel cage and fasten it to the main reinforcement of the steel cage according to the specified size. For parts without steel cages, the sonic logging pipe can be fixed with steel brackets or reinforced with three main steel bars.

2. When installing, do not fix it too tightly with the steel cage. It is better to loosen up and down and left and right to adjust the distance and angle, so as to facilitate the connection of the spiral sonic logging pipe with the sonic logging pipe in other steel cages when the steel cage is installed.

3. After the sonic logging pipes between the steel cages are connected, use wire to fix the unfastened sonic logging pipes in the steel cages during the steel cage installation process. After the steel cages are piled, fill the sonic logging pipes with clean water and cover them with rubber sealing covers (or wooden plugs).

All sonic logging pipes, accessories, wooden plugs, etc. are all prepared for you when they leave the factory, and you can install and use them directly at the construction site.
